NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Laugh n Load X Frankford Arsenal X-10 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Laugh n Load / Performance Gun Training (“Sponsor”), located in Illinois, in partnership with Frankford Arsenal.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor, Performance Gun Training, Laugh n Load, Frankford Arsenal, and all associated promotional partners are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1st 2026/ 12:01 AM CST and ends on [November 30th 2026/10:00 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

1. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRIES

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying purchases made at www.laughnload.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

Taxes, shipping charges, refunded purchases, canceled orders, disputed transactions, and chargebacks do not qualify for entries and may result in entry removal or disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.

B. FREE METHODS OF ENTRY

Participants may also enter without making a purchase through approved SweepWidget actions, including but not limited to:

• Following Sponsor social media accounts
• Subscribing to Sponsor YouTube channels
• Joining mailing lists
• Referral actions through SweepWidget
• Other free promotional actions listed on the Sweepstakes landing page

Completion of free entry actions does not require any purchase.

C. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, participants may mail a handwritten 3x5 card including their full legal name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to:

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, or incomplete entries are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Sweepstakes closing date and received within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes ends.

Mail-in entries will receive the equivalent number of entries as a standard qualifying entry method.

1. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and entrant eligibility.

Use of bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, AI-generated bulk entries, or fraudulent methods intended to manipulate the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or engaging in conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

1. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• Frankford Arsenal X-10 Progressive Reloading Press

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $800 USD.

Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs within the continental United States.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

1. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about the first week of December 2026. 

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address, phone number, or social media account associated with their entry.

Potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact.

Potential winner must complete any requested verification documentation within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

If the selected winner:

• fails to respond,
• cannot be contacted,
• is found ineligible,
• refuses the prize,
• fails verification,
• or violates these Official Rules,

Sponsor may disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.

1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and promotional partners to use entrant’s name, likeness, city/state, photographs, social media handle, statements, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Laugh n Load, Performance Gun Training, Frankford Arsenal, SweepWidget, Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and all affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

1. PLATFORM DISCLAIMERS

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta, Shopify, or Google.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

1. PRIVACY

Information submitted by entrants may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and for future promotional and marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Requests must be received within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
